Friday, June 19th.

Day 3! We started by taking the train to Antibes, where our first stop was the Picasso Museum. The museum was absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect mix of art, history, and incredible views, and definitely one of my favorite museums I've ever visited. My favorite part was the room filled with all the different ceramic plates. It was absolutely gorgeous, and I loved seeing a side of his work that I wasn't as familiar with. It was such a unique museum!

After the museum, we had some free time to explore Antibes before meeting up for a class lunch. Once we finished eating, we hopped on the train to Nice! Since Kena and I had already spent a few days there before the program started, I already knew how much I loved the city. Looking back, I think we had the perfect amount of time in both Antibes and Nice, and it made for such a fun day exploring!

Since Arthur is actually from Nice, he gave us a personal walking tour of his hometown, which made the experience even more special. It was so fun hearing his recommendations and seeing the city through the eyes of someone who knows it so well. Before catching the train back to Cannes, we obviously had to make one last stop at a store that sold Sonny Angels! It was the perfect way to end another amazing day before heading back.
